Yes, every single one. All Sparkle performers pass a full criminal background check, provide references, and complete our 8-hour child interaction training before their first party. We take this seriously.
The standard package works beautifully for up to 15 children. For larger groups (daycare carnivals, school events), we offer multi-character packages — just mention it when you book.
Our performers are trained specifically for this. They read the room, go at the child's pace, and never force participation. Shy children almost always come around — we've seen it hundreds of times.
Yes! If you've had a performer before and your child loved them, mention their name in the booking notes and we'll do our best to match you.
Free reschedule up to 72 hours before your party. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 25% fee. Full refund if we ever have to cancel on our end — which has happened exactly once in six years.
